June - Kieran won first place for his poster at the UWO/LHSC Paediatrics Research Day.




June - The CHRI/LRCP/Biochem relay team 'The Running Buffers' (pictured) won the 2009 Labatt 24 Hour Relay! We ran 300 km this year and raised $2500 for the Children's Aid Society of London and Middlesex.




May - The Bérubé lab welcomes summer students Ashley Watson, Angela Zhang, and Jennifer Li.




April - Kieran and Kristin both won Ontario Graduate Scholarship awards.




April - Mike was awarded an NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship.




March - Mike won second place in the poster competition at the Victoria Research Laboratories Research Day.




March - Kristin was awarded an NSERC CGS Michael Smith Foreign Study Supplement...she's on a role!




January - Kristin was awarded the Curtis Cadman Graduate Studentship from the CHRI, beginning September 2009.




January - The Bérubé lab welcomes Corinna Zogel, our new postdoc, joining us all the way from Germany!




January - Kristin was awarded a Graduate Thesis Research Award from the Department of Biochemistry.

June 2008 - The Lawson Health Research Institute 24 Hour Relay team the Running Buffers came in second place (by only one lap!) at the Labatt 24 Hour Relay.




May 2008 - Mike tied for 1st prize in posters at the UWO/Lawson Paediatrics Research Day.




April 2008 - The Bérubé Bandits raised over $3000 for Change Bandits.




March 2008 - Kristin won first place in her category at the Margaret P. Moffat Graduate Research Day AND received an NSERC award.




March 2008 - Our lab and others in the Developmental Biology Program attended the Great Lakes Mammalian Development Meeting.
