Kit loans are free and teachers are provided with hands-on training in the biotechnology techniques needed to complete the protocols. The modules are designed for use in a high school lab environment and can accomodate up to 10 working groups. These PCR labs and Cloning experiments fit with the senior levels in Biology as outlined in the Ontario Science and Technology Curriculum.
